Annual membership fees: $35/person, $50/family, $200 corporate (plus tax)
A discount of $30/ court per hour may be deducted
A $100 deposit for each court hour is required to secure your court for the 2009-2010 winter season. The deposit is non-refundable unless the court is sold prior to the first day of play.
The group captain is responsible for collection of all payments.
Proper tennis clothing and sneakers must be worn at all times.
Absolutely no food, beverages, or smoking permitted in court area.
All court time, clinics, leagues, tournaments, etc., must be paid before entering the court.
The Club assumes no responsibililty for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property. All users of the club and their guests hereby specifically waive any claims for damages arising from their use of the club facilities.
Persons playing more than 10 minutes past their time must pay for that half hour.
All cancellations not made 24 hours in advance will be billed.
Make-ups on contract time will be given only if time is sold.
Contracts not paid in full by Nov. 1, 2009 are subject to a 10% subcharge on the unpaid balance. Use of the facility will not be permitted until the balance is paid in full.
Children may not be left unsupervised in the lobby area.
